Job Description :
• Recruiter will work on a variety of requirements across the technologies and submit relevant profiles as per the client requirements.
• Ensures that required no of profiles with desired quality have been submitted to all client requirements. Responsibilities and Duties
• Understand the client requirements and submit profiles as per the client requirements.
• Source profiles from various sources and sources not limited to Job Boards, Referrals, Social Media etc.
• Coordinate with Account Managers / Sales Team to resolve the queries on requirements.
• Recommend solutions for all kinds of requirements or as and when required. • Understand and follow the company business processes.
· Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Graduate from any discipline.
• 0.6 to 2 Yrs of Prior experience in US Staffing as a Recruiter is required.
• Quick in understanding the technology and the latest trends in the technology.
• Good communication skills, negotiation skills and a go getter attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
• Must be a results oriented person and a strong desire to succeed.
• Be responsible and accountable for their work while working as a team member.
