Salary – upto 2.25 LPA (Based on you exp. & last drawn CTC)
Shifts – 24*7 (rotational shifts)
Working days – 5 days / Rotational week offs.

ii. Solving Customer queries
iii. Using process knowledge in replying to customers
iv. Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set
v. Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
vi. Good command in verbal and written English
