Unit Manager / Agency Manager – LIFE INSURANCE – MUMBAI

Excellent compensation + excellent sales incentives . ( Based on current CTC & Experience – ( 2.5 – 5 Lakhs per annum  ) 


* Identify/Prospect for candidates that can be successful Advisors. Maintain a dynamic prospect list for advisors.

Team Development and Coaching:

* Conduct Regular meetings with all advisors

* Identify weak areas based on these review meetings & take
corrective action as also chalk out developmental needs of teams &
train them in the weak areas/nominate them to training programs.

* Ensure hand holding of all new advisors & ensure their development through on the field training & supervision.

Role :

* Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Insurance Advisors

* Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance

Key Responsibilities :

To recruit team of Insurance Advisors as per the corporate strategy

* To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduates / post graduates with minimum 2 years of experience .

Good Communication Skills.

Good team building skills

Training and motivation capacity

Knowledge of finance, investment .

Candidates from pharma , insurance , banking , telecom , fmcg , retail are preferred . CTC negotiable based on current CTC .
