Technical Writer


Duties and Responsibilities :-
 Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate
for its intended audience.
 Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, Wiki, User Manuals,
Installation Guides, Datasheets, Technical Whitepapers, developer guides,
Troubleshooting, Training Manuals.
 Standardize content across platforms and media.
 Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work well independently.
 Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in professional technical writing.
 Excellent written and verbal skills.
 Must be an expert user of Microsoft Office including MS Visio.
 Deliver high quality documentation.
 Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily
understandable in text.
 Participate in peer reviews for own and other’s work.
 Create API documents, Functional Specifications (not mandatory), FAQ.
 Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
 Explore new technology and feature
 Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
