Team Leader – Research

Job Responsibilities

Beginning of day:

– Receive updates from designated Asia Project Managers

o Email includes all projects from that PM being serviced by US Service Representative

o Divide the projects amongst team members

o Send email back to my Asia Project Managers letting them know who will be working on it

o Attach yourself and team member to the project

– Assign any other projects that arrive mid-day in the same way

– Be available for mediating any one-off questions or comments that arise on projects, whether that can be addressed within the team, or needs to be raised

End of Day:

– Receive updates from team members

– Update Project Managers accordingly

Skills needed

• Good coordination and team management skills. Must be an excellent team player.

• Good influencing skills

• Adept at project and time management

• Excellent written and verbal communication using CRM, emails, Skype chat

• Excellent documentation skills

General

• 5+ years of experience preferred. (AM level)

• Open for shifts (24X5), diverse projects teams and assignments as required.
