Manager/Sr.Manager – Corporate Sales & Account Development

• The primary responsibility of the (CAM) is to optimize the Customer Engagement Process and reinforce the value of transacting with Corporate Solutions redefined. This candidate will also be responsible for insuring that the total share of corporate travel spend remains and grows with Corporate Solutions redefined.

• The CAM will be involved with the client during implementation, launch and through the life of their CSR partnership. They are the voice of the client, the advocate on product and service needs and must have an in-depth knowledge of Corporate Solutions Redefined India Private Limited products and offerings. The CAM must be able to customize client travel plans, develop long-term relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• The CAM will have a high bias for action, and a keen sense of attention to detail. Effective communication is paramount and expected for all final customer-facing documents & messaging.

• Handling the Billing and Payments for the assigned portfolio.

• Ensure a zero escalation matrix system.

• Develop strong relationships with multiple contacts within client and supplier organizations.

• Review processes and offer solutions/additions as needed.
