Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Troubleshooting for Routers, Firewalls, Emails, Domains, LAN, WAN, Servers etc.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS & Development Application – Installation, configuration & Experience in remote support to UK/US users
Salary: Upto 25K in Hand
