Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives

· Work with sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis

· Uphold the mission values and goals of TBM

· Be a strong, positive, customer focused sales executive when dealing with our clients

· Work well in a team environment giving ideas and working collectively with all members to grow your division.

Competencies & Qualifications:

· 0-5 years business to business sales experience would be an advantage

· An entrepreneurial approach and positive attitude

· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

· An analytical approach to problem solving

· Excellent team working skills, A highly motivated self-starter

· The drive and determination to succeed within a highly competitive environment

· Open to change and new ideas. Confident, Assertive, Results driven, Team Player

· Ambitious and constantly striving for excellence and success
